Terms of Use

1. License

ShiftPay Tracker is licensed, not sold, to you for use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the applicable App Store terms and these Terms of Use.

2. Intended use

ShiftPay Tracker is provided as a shift logging, pay estimation, and reporting utility for hourly workers. You are solely responsible for reviewing every logged shift, estimated total, and exported report before sharing, submitting, or relying on it.

3. No guarantee of perfect accuracy

ShiftPay Tracker can help calculate totals, overtime, export summaries, and maintain local records, but no software can guarantee that every payroll, tax, overtime, tip, compliance, or reporting result will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every use case. You remain responsible for determining whether an exported file or calculated result is appropriate for its intended use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use ShiftPay Tracker in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes the rights of another person or entity, or interferes with the normal operation of the app, the App Store purchase flow, or Apple platform services.

5. Pro features and subscriptions

ShiftPay Tracker Pro features may be offered through auto-renewable subscription plans or one-time purchases. If a trial, promotional offer, or subscription plan is presented in the app or App Store listing, billing, renewal timing, cancellation, and eligibility are governed by the terms shown by Apple at the time of purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple ID account, and subscription management and cancellation are available through your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Refunds and billing questions

Refund requests, billing disputes, and subscription account changes are typically handled by Apple in accordance with App Store rules and Apple account settings.

7. Availability and updates

ShiftPay Tracker may be updated, improved, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features, pricing, availability, and eligibility may change over time.

8. Disclaimer

ShiftPay Tracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

10. Third-party terms

Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's App Store terms, device terms, and payment terms. Where applicable, the Apple standard licensed application end user license agreement may also apply.
